Sixth Stop: ??

Seventh Stop: St. Louis, Missouri

  • This stop was not planned at all. Oh, and did I mention, the cousins weren’t with us anymore because they had to leave the day before us, so this experience was all on our own…… The alignment of the front two tires on the RV got out of place while driving through St. Louis which caused the RV to shake. Luckily we stopped just in time to realize what had happened. The front tires ended up being all ripped up, so they needed to be replaced along with the alignment readjusted. By the time we pulled over, it was in a small town called Troy, so the only RV repair place was this small shop. It was owned by these brothers and it was like what you would see on a TV show. They were laughing, throwing jokes at each other, just having a great time! They told us they could manually try and fix the alignment, just enough to get us home, but we would have to bring it into a shop that was more advanced in their technology to do it. We ended up having to stay in a hotel that night so they could fix it. They fixed it for us the next morning and we were on the road again! p.s. we made it home safely!

Eighth Stop: Wisconsin
